The closure with the optimised contour in the groin area ensures comfortable sitting. The strap guide through the guide loops minimises the amount of force required to put the orthosis on. Two Semi-Rigid special pads with fins and Extra strap with Hard plastic Buckles to ensure an optimised compression on the sacroiliac joints and maximum stabilisation. The fins align towards the middle of the body when the orthosis is put on, creating a high force impact through the pushing effect.
