An exciting new homegrown venture, serving local food and produce in the heart of the countryside, Gleno.

The Dairy is a family run local business based in the heart of the countryside.
In previous generations the building was used as a fully operational traditional dairy. Three generations later we are giving it a new lease of life as a Butchers, farm shop and cafe. It is important to us that The Dairy remains a fond part of the community and for that reason we have reused and reclaimed as much of the original building possible. We want to create a great modern cafe environment without compromising on the tradition that we love.
We plan to use only locally sourced good throughout the shop, cafe and even the butchers.
The produce will be locally sourced, the gifts locally made and the food home grown.
