Both the neck and waist are gathered onto satin ribbon and are fully adjustable, the neck line is adjustable at the front and back and the generous straps can be tied to any length you wish. The front opens fully and ties closed at the neck and the waist. The lace exactly matches the trim on the Olenska Cape-let and is the other half of the trim on the Olenska Tap Pants so also matches these. Body 100% silk, Lace trim 68% Nylon, 32% cotton, Satin Ribbon 100% polyester. Size guide: Bust- 8- 32”, 10-34”, 12-36”, 14-38”, 16 40”, 18-42”, 20-44” Waist- 8-26”, 10-28”, 12-30”, 14-32”, 16-34”, 18-36”, 20- 38” If you are between sizes I would recommend sizing down due to the adjustable nature and generous cut of the garment.
