To capture this shade along with the wine's crisp acidity and bold berry flavors, whole clusters of Sonoma Pinot Noir are lightly pressed to extract only the purest juice. During and after fermentation, the wine has brief contact with French Oak barrels to add complexity, roundness, and texture.
