Hi, I'm 5'3” (160cm). : r/Kibbe

Seriously guys, this shit works. 5'10” SW:180 CW:138. I kinda just bop back and forth between 18:6 and OMAD. I'm pretty happy with where I am! : r /intermittentfasting

I've just started intermittent fasting a week ago. I'm 5ft'1 & 143lbs. So far I'm only eating between 12pm-8pm. First Goal weight is 120lbs. I need tips because it's extremely depressing I've gained all this weight so fast due to medications (no longer on them)

M 36 239 to 186. Lost close to 50lbs in 3 months through fasting and increased water intake. 48 hours was my longest fast and I regularly did 20+ hour fasts. : r/intermittentfasting

34/F/168cm/70kg/155pounds. Currently 10kgs overweight and the heaviest I've ever been, one month away from my 35th birthday ☹️ New to Fasting (and to Reddit) keen to learn from those that have found success from this before or any motivation

F/34/5'3” [160-134] 6 months, weight loss and 3.5 months of lifting in the gym. : r/progresspics

Day 365 of intermittent fasting (18:6) Began my journey 1/8/22. Lost 30lbs. Gained tons of muscle and a newfound love for weight lifting. I walk/run 12000-18000 steps each day and lift weights 3-5 times a week. Consistency is key. : r/intermittentfasting

Hi all! Today is my 100th consecutive day of fasting, so I challenged myself to post a progress pic. F32, 175cm/5,8ft; SW 88,7kg/ CW 84kg/GW 70kg. Shout out to all of you out there who keep pushing on, despite scale-wise demotivation. : r/

F/22/5'4 [83kg > 54kg = 29kg] - started in Jan 2021, took 7 months to lose, and a year to maintain ^^ – healthier skin, hair, stamina // downside, my chest went one size smaller :') : r/progresspics

F/23/5'1” [183>176= -7 lbs] (21 days) didn't think the scale went down enough until I put my pictures side by side and saw the inches lost! 31 more lbs to my goal

X/30/5'2 [161lbs > 145lbs =16 lbs] (2 months) WW and mild exercise. Didn't think I had changed much until I put images side to side : r/progresspics

ID help please! I'm 5'3 (160cm) : r/Kibbe
