Aalaya Pilates is a boutique pilates studio located at Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Jakarta Selatan that offers a wide range of International Basi standard pilates classes. Modern life is made easy when you can power through it with certain kind of strength - a core, inner strength. This is what we work to develop with you.

Aalaya Pilates gives personal attention to students in private and small group equipment classes using specially designed Balanced Body© equipment, as well as mat-based work. Each 60 minute class is a building block to a total personalised program.

Equipment class: private, duet (2 people) or semi private / group reformer (max. 3 people)

Introductory private classes are compulsory prior joining semi private equipment class.

Mat classes: small group, prenatal and postnatal
